About Central Park Jaipur
Central Park is the most beautiful and prime park in the pink city. It lies in the core of the town and is amongst the center of attraction as it is located near Statue circle and Rambagh Polo Ground.
This park is full of trees and lush grass along with a 5km pathway to jog and run around. Mostly locals come here for their morning and evening walk. During winters people bring food and play games that make a short family picnic.
You will see kids playing flying disc, badminton or cycling here. It is a paradise of birds as thousands of migratory birds make a visit which is eye candy for bird watchers.

Central Park is developed by Jaipur Development Authority. There is no entry fee for entrance and you can spend as much time as you want without any restrictions. You can park your vehicle in the parking area which is also free of cost.
The park showcases a huge 206 feet high biggest Indian National Flag in the country whose dimensions are 28ft wide and 72 ft in length. It looks magnificent when high voltage light falls on the tricolour. It is visible through streets and places nearby.
The musical fountain is the highlight of the park which can be enjoyed during the sunset. Again, you don’t have to pay for it. Stone statues beside the National Flag are also a prime attraction.

History of Central Park
It is a gift by Jaipur Maharajas to the people of Jaipur. Central Park was formally inaugurated by Rajasthan’s Chief Minister, Smt. Vasundhara Raje Scindia on 21st January 2006. Constructed by Jaipur Development Authority, this is a prevalent park in Jaipur which being the Pink City is the major tourist place in Rajasthan.
